Well, it certainly has been quite sometime since I've last blogged. If you can even call it that!

Today was one of those days as parent where everything is not flowing in motion like normal. For example....

I sent Hunter in the bathroom to wash his hands.... a few minutes pass and the water was still running. So I get up to check on him. I open the door and to my shock I see Hunter in his yellow UNI shirt and diaper holding the toilet brush.Ewwww... is immediately what I thought. Next, I scan the bathroom. On the toilet seat sits the pink step stool upside down and the soaking wet hand towel draped appropriately over the stool. Like it was being hung to dry. I step in to turn off the water that is on full blast. Then I realize I just stepped into a GIANT puddle of water on the floor. Before I could yell, I closed my eyes took a deep breath. Hunter in his sweet two year old voice says, "Momma please no yell at me. I try clean it up." Apparently the towel fell in the sink while he washed his hands and he grabbed it and put it on the floor. Then he decided he needed to hang the towel b/c it was soaked... and then clean up the water mess. The toilet brush must have seemed like a child size mop at the moment!!! After a moment of silence...I burst into laughter!!! Hunter was soo confused as to why I was laughing!! But I honestly couldn't help it. It's moments like this that make being a parent sooooo worth it!!
